Für unseren Kunden, ein bestens etabliertes und sehr bekanntes Handelsunternehmen im Lebensmittel- und Non-Food Bereich, besetzen wir ab sofort in der Stadt Hallein die Position 1 Bereichsleiter Lebensmittel/Trockensortiment (m/w/d) - Hallein Arbeitszeit: Jahresstelle / Vollzeit 40 Stunden

Ihre Aufgaben

* Leitung des Bereiches Lebensmittel,

* Trockensortiment, Kosmetik, Süßware, Wein, Getränke, Frische, Tiernahrung, Putz- und Reinigungsmittel

* Verantwortung für den Warenfluss, die

* Warenpräsentation, Sauberkeit in der Abteilung

* Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards, Umsetzung von konzernalen Vorgaben und Konzepten

* Gespräche, Sitzungen und Besprechungen leiten, Sachverhalte verständlich kommunizieren

* Personaleinsatzplanung, Mitarbeiterführung und -motivation

* Abwicklung der Inventur

Gewährleistung von Service- und

* Kundenorientierung

* Umgang mit Kundenreklamationen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel inkl. Führungserfahrung Lebensmittelhandel inkl. entsprechender Führungserfahrung

* Gerne auch Quereinsteiger aus der Gastronomie- und Systemgastronomie

* Interesse am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Frische, Qualität

* Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung, Freude im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern

* Wertschätzender Umgang mit Kollegen, Kunden, Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern, Lob und Anerkennung aussprechen können,

* Einfühlungsvermögen

* Kritik- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und Umsetzungsstärke

* Umgang mit Kennzahlen, unternehmerisches Denken

* MS-Office und SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Einwandfreier Leumund
