Im Zuge einer Nachbesetzung wird ein Mitarbeiter 1 Bereichsleitung Feinkost (m/w/d) Dienstort: Salzburg Stadt und Salzburg Umgebung

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 38,5 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben:

* Schulung im Feinkostbereich

* Führung der MA in Abwesenheit des Verkaufsleiters

* Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung der Optik des Feinkostbereichs

* Hohe Kundenorientierung und Serviceorientierung

* Einhaltung der HACCP Standards

* Kennzahlenanalyse

Ihr Profil:

* Idealerweise Lehre (nicht verpflichtend) als Koch, LEH-Kaufmann, oder Fleischer/Metzger, bzw. einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Feinkost - LEH

* Leidenschaft für frische Produkte

* Ordentliches und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Teamfähigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
