Die St. Elisabeth-Stiftung der Erzdiözese Wien begleitet, unterstützt und stärkt schwangere Frauen,

Mütter und Familien in schwierigen Lebenssituationen. In unseren Mutter-Kind-Einrichtungen schaffen

wir sichere Lebensräume, bieten professionelle Beratung und fördern nachhaltige Perspektiven für ein

selbstbestimmtes Leben.

Zur Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Mutter-Kind-Einrichtungen suchen wir 1 Bereichsleitung Mutter-Kind-Einrichtungen (w/m/d)

mit einer engagierten, strategisch denkenden und

wertschätzend führenden Arbeitsweise, in Teilzeit (30h pro Woche)

Arbeitszeiten:

- Mo. bis Fr.: zw. 07/09:00 - 13/18:00 Uhr

Ihre Aufgaben

- Fachliche, personelle und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für unsere Mutter-Kind-Einrichtungen

- Führung, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Hausleitungen sowie der interdisziplinären Teams

- Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Betreuung und Begleitung der Bewohnerinnen und ihrer Kinder

- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs unter Berücksichtigung gesellschaftlicher und

sozialpolitischer Entwicklungen

- Qualitätsmanagement sowie Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten, Standards und Prozessen

- Budgetverantwortung und Ressourcenplanung für den gesamten Bereich

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und der Geschäftsführung

- Vernetzung mit Behörden, Fördergebern, Kooperationspartner_innen und relevanten Institutionen

- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung innovativer sozialer Angebote und Projekte

- Vertretung des Bereichs nach innen und außen'

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Sozialmanagement, Pädagogik, Psychologie,

Gesundheits- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Sozial-, Gesundheits- oder Non-Profit-Bereich

- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Frauen, Familien oder sozial benachteiligten Menschen von Vorteil

- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie ein wertschätzender und lösungsorientierter Führungsstil

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Erfahrung in Budgetplanung und Ressourcensteuerung

- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit

- Strategisches Denken sowie Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung und Change-Prozessen

- Identifikation mit den Werten und dem sozialen Auftrag der St. Elisabeth-Stiftung der Erzdiözese Wien
