Das Aufgabengebiet

* Sie leiten, motivieren und entwickeln ihr Team mit Vertrauen.

* Sie optimieren Abläufe und sichern eine moderne und bewohner_innenorientierte Pflegequalität.

* Sie verantworten eine faire, vorausschauende und verlässliche Dienstplanung.

* Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen Bewohner_innen sowie deren Bezugspersonen und einem multiprofessioniellen Team.

* Sie pflegen eine offene, wertschätzende und auf Reflexion basierte Arbeitsatmosphäre.

Ihr Profil

* Diplom der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (anerkannt nach dem österreichischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) oder ANP

* kontinuierliche Weiterbildung entsprechend GuKG

* Weiterbildung im basalen und mittleren Management nach GuKG von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter_innen von Vorteil

* ausgeprägtes Engagement in der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen

* modernes Führungsverständnis, hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* eigenständige Teamführung sowie Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team

* lösungsorientiertes und konsequentes Handeln, gepaart mit Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Zielorientierung

* gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Kenntnis und praktische Umsetzung des GuKG
