Die Bereichsleitung Standort und Angebote verantwortet die österreichweite Steuerung, Entwicklung und Wirtschaftlichkeit der SOS-Kinderdorf-Standorte und der dort verankerten Angebote und stellt sicher, dass diese im Einklang mit der Programmpolitik, den Qualitätsstandards und den regionalen Bedarfen agieren. Sie verbindet die strategische Sicht auf das Gesamtportfolio mit der operativen Realität an den Standorten und ist damit zentrale Trägerin der Standort- und Angebotsentwicklung. 1 Bereichsleitung Standort und Angebote (m/w/d) Österreichweit, mit regelmäßiger Präsenz in Innsbruck/Wien, 39h/Woche, Start nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Standortstrategie: Definition von Kriterien für Standorte (Größe, Angebotsmix, Sozialraumbezug), Planung und Steuerung von Standortentwicklungen, Neugründungen und Anpassungen (Erweiterung, Schließung, Umprofilierung)

* Steuerung der Standort- und Angebotsportfolios in enger Abstimmung mit Programm und Wirkung: Sicherstellen, dass pädagogische und psychosoziale Konzepte, Safeguarding und Qualitätsstandards an allen Standorten umgesetzt werden und mit der regionalen Kinder- und Jugendhilfe übereinstimmen

* Verantwortung für die Standortverantwortlichen, inkl. Zielvereinbarungen, Personalführung der ersten Ebene und Begleitung in Fragen von Organisation, Führung, Ressourcensteuerung und Standortprofilierung

* Sicherstellung effizienter, klarer Führungs- und Kommunikationsprozesse zwischen Geschäftsführung, Standortleitungen und Betreuungsteams zur Umsetzung der Soll-Führungsprozesse (zB. Planung, Review, Entscheidungen, Personalführung)

* Unterstützung bei der Beobachtung und Bewertung regionaler und überregionaler Entwicklungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kommunikation/Mittelbeschaffung hinsichtlich standortbezogener Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Fundraising-Aktivitäten und Nutzung von Standorten als Träger von Marken- und Spendenaktivitäten

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Studium (z. B. Sozialpädagogik, Psychologie, Sozialarbeit, Erziehungswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studienabschluss)

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in komplexen, idealerweise bundesweit oder regional organisierten Sozial- oder Bildungseinrichtungen

* Tiefes Verständnis von Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, Safeguarding und Kinderschutz sowie von qualitäts- und wirkungsorientierter Steuerung

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz, Erfahrung in Gremienarbeit und in der Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Prozesse

Was dich erwartet

Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens € 80.000,00 p.a. und wird auf Basis Deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation vereinbart.
