Deine neue Herausforderung:

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Profit-Centers mit bis zu 16 Mitarbeitenden

* Budgetverantwortung / Verantwortung für Leistungserbringung für unsere Kunden

* Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams in den Bereichen: Support & Service Desk, Lösungsdesign und technische Konzeption, Projektabwicklung, Einkauf, Verkauf;

* Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Beziehungen mit Kunden und Partnern Vertriebssteuerung und gewährleisten eines kontinuierlichen Wachstums innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt bei EUR 5.301,00 brutto pro Monat, wobei je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine deutlich höhere Vergütung möglich ist.
