Aufgaben

* Mitarbeit im Prüfungsteam bei der Analyse der Geschäftstätigkeit und des Jahresabschlusses unserer Kund_innen - auch direkt vor Ort bei unseren Kund_innen

* Erhebung sowie Verstehen der Prozessabläufe und der betrieblichen Tätigkeit unserer Kund_innen

* Beurteilung der korrekten Verarbeitung in der Finanzberichterstattung (Jahresabschluss / Konzernabschluss)

* Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte, Vorbereitung von Prüfungsberichten und Präsentationen

* Unterstützung unserer Kund_innen bei der Lösung von komplexen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsfragen

* Direkte Kommunikation mit den Kund:innen

* Nutzung digitaler und AI-gestützter Tools zur effizienten Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeit

Kompetenzen

* Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge

* Fortgeschrittene Rechnungslegungs-/Buchhaltungskenntnisse

* HAK/HLW/HBLA Abschluss oder wirtschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master, Universität/FH) mit Abschluss oder kurz vor Abschluss (Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Controlling vorteilhaft)

* Entsprechende Englisch- und MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Offenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von Artificial Intelligence (AI) sowie die Bereitschaft, AI-Tools aktiv und verantwortungsvoll im Arbeitsalltag zu nutzen."
