Die Berufsorientierung in Pflege und Erziehung (BOPE) ermöglicht Jugendlichen einen Einblick in die vielfältigen Tätigkeiten sozialpädagogischer Berufsfelder. Durch die aktive Mitwirkung in der Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in sozialpädagogischen Einrichtungen erhalten die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer eine praxisnahe Grundlage für ihre berufliche Orientierung.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, zehn Monate Ihrer Berufslaufbahn mit diesem Praktikum zu überbrücken oder sich im Rahmen einer Auszeit vor einer neuen Ausbildung oder einem neuen Job Zeit zu nehmen.

Schloss Leonstein bietet auf Basis zweier sozialpädagogischer Schwerpunkte Betreuung in Vollversorgungs-, Krisen- und Außenwohngruppen sowie spezielle Fachdienste wie Familienarbeit, psychologische Unterstützung und das Nachreifeprojekt "Dammawos". Das Angebot umfasst strukturierte Tagesabläufe, schulische Förderung, sichere Wohnräume sowie kreative und freizeitpädagogische Aktivitäten und individueller Nachbetreuung.

DAS ERWARTET SIE

* Orientierung schaffen: Durch dieses Praktikum können Sie herausfinden, ob Sie für eine Ausbildung bzw. einen Beruf im sozialpädagogischen Bereich geeignet sind.

* Erfahrungen sammeln: Sie können Ihr Interesse für den Sozialen Bereich erweitern bzw. Erfahrungen im sozialpädagogischen Bereich sammeln.

* Einschulen: Während der Einschulungsphase erhalten Sie eine pädagogische und fachliche Betreuung sowie regelmäßigen Erfahrungsaustausch und Supervision im Team.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Aufgeschlossen: Sie begegnen Kindern und Jugendlichen aufgeschlossen, sind neugierig auf neue Erfahrungen im sozialpädagogischen Umfeld und bringen sich gerne in die gemeinsame Arbeit ein.

* Tatkräftig: Sie arbeiten tatkräftig im Betreuungsalltag mit, packen aktiv an und unterstützen Kinder und Jugendliche in ihrem täglichen Leben.

* Herzlich: Sie begleiten Kinder und Jugendliche mit einer herzlichen und zugewandten Haltung und tragen zu einer wertschätzenden und unterstützenden Atmosphäre im Alltag bei.

* Persönlich: Sie sind mindestens 17 Jahre alt, physisch und psychisch belastbar und haben Interesse daran, Kinder und Jugendliche im Alltag mitzubegleiten und zu unterstützen.

GEHALT
