Bergbahnen Filzmoos suchen zur Verstärkung für die kommende Wintersaison 2026/2027 1 Beschneiungsmitarbeiter (m./w./d.) in Saisonanstellung (Vollzeitbeschäftigung).

Beschäftigung ab Ende November 2026

Als Unterstützung für Frau Holle bist du mit dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Gäste die ganze Saison über perfekte Pistenbedingungen genießen können. Du bedenkst und bedienst die Schneekanonen und Pumpstationen und sorgst dafür, dass es kräftig schneit.

Neben deiner technischen Expertise bringst du auch eine Prise Humor und Teamgeist mit. Du freust dich auf abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben, arbeitest selbständig und bist flexibel in den Arbeitszeiten (Nachtschicht in der Beschneiungsphase).

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Schneekanonen und Pumpstationen durch Wartung und Instandhaltung stets einsatzbereit sind.

* Dokumentation und regelmäßige Überprüfungen sind für dich ein Kinderspiel.

Dein Profil:

* Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Installateur, Mechaniker oder Elektriker wäre von Vorteil.

* Du hast technisches Verständnis, kannst Probleme im Handumdrehen lösen und arbeitest gern eigenständig.

* Flexible Arbeitszeiten schrecken dich nicht ab - besonders die Nachtarbeit während der Beschneiungsphase (Ende November bis ca. Ende Jänner).

* Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch - Kommunikation ist das A und O.

* Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und schaffst eine gute Stimmung mit Gästen und Kollegen.

* Die Arbeit an der frischen Luft macht dir Spaß und hält dich fit.

Entlohnung: Das Gehalt laut Kollektivvertrag für Seilbahnen liegt bei mindestens € 2.478,00 brutto/Monat (Vollzeitbasis - 40 Std.). Je nach beruflicher Erfahrung und Qualifikation sind wir natürlich bereit, mehr zu zahlen. (In der Beschneiungsphase erhältst du eine Beschneiungsprämie und einen Nachtarbeitszuschlag pro angefallener Stunde).
