Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende internationale producent binnen de bouwindustrie. Het bedrijf richt zich op de productie van duurzame bouwmaterialen en heeft meerdere productielocaties in Europa. Binnen de organisatie staan kwaliteit, innovatie, veiligheid en duurzaamheid centraal. In de productie wordt gewerkt met moderne en geautomatiseerde machines en processen. Als Elektrotechnicus Procesbesturing ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden op elektro- en besturingstechnisch gebied volgens de beschikbare planning en aan de hand van de actuele storingsmeldingen. Door het controleren, bijregelen en oplossen van storingen en in beperkte mate aanpassen van de programma's voor PLC gestuurde installaties zorg je voor een optimale werking van het machinepark inclusief drogerij en ovens. Dit alles op een zodanige manier dat op een doelmatige wijze de beschikbaarheid van installaties en machines wordt gerealiseerd. Hierbij houd je rekening met de voorschriften inzake kwaliteit, milieu en veiligheid. Functie Wat ga je doen? - Ombouwen, inregelen en testen van PLC gestuurde installaties. - Overdragen van installaties aan productie, functioneel ondersteunen van operatoren. - Beoordelen en registreren van storingen, storingsoorzaken, frequentie en uit te voeren onderhoudsopdrachten. - Begeleiden/Coördineren van de realisatie van projecten. - Wijzigen van elektronische besturingsprogramma's binnen bestaande concepten. - Up-to-date houden van technische documentatie en bijkomende administratieve registratie. - Uitwerken van aanpassingsvoorstellen van installaties door praktische kennis en ervaring. - Inbrengen van innovatieve voorstellen met het doel de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
