Als besturingstechnicus verbeter je de automatisering van het productieproces bij een producent van profieloplossingen in Alphen aan den Rijn. Je werkt aan een machinepark dat intern wordt ontwikkeld en gebouwd, met aandacht voor productkwaliteit, efficiëntie en afvalreductie. Samen met de IT-afdeling optimaliseer je de productie- en kantoorautomatisering. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en schrijven van besturingssoftware voor machines en apparatuur - Verbeteren van productiemogelijkheden, kwaliteit en efficiëntie met procesbesturingssystemen - Uitgebreid testen van geprogrammeerde installaties en uitvoeren van gegevens- en productcontroles - Controleren van de veilige machinewerking volgens geldende wet- en regelgeving - Schrijven van installatie- en bedieningshandleidingen en herstelprocedures om dataverlies te voorkomen - Uitvoeren van softwarematig en periodiek onderhoud en oplossen van storingen - Samenwerken met IT aan de optimalisatie van productie- en kantoorautomatisering Functie-eisen - Een mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering, of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau - Affiniteit met ICT - Analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte, resultaatgerichte aanpak - Technische keuzes en werkzaamheden helder kunnen uitleggen aan anderen - Beheersing van het Engels in woord en geschrift; Duits is een pré - Kennis van AutoCAD is een pré Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in dagdienst - Een detavast-contract - Een winstdelingsregeling - Regelmatig aanvullende extra’s - Werken aan machines die intern worden ontwikkeld en gebouwd
