The posting

Bij een producent van bitumen dakbedekkingsproducten in Groningen werk je aan de besturing van industriële productielijnen. Als besturingstechnicus houd je geautomatiseerde systemen beschikbaar, verhelp je storingen en voer je kleine modificaties uit. Je werkt met Siemens PLC’s, Siemens Classic, TIA Portal en WinCC. De nadruk ligt op praktische storingsanalyse in de fabriek, aangevuld met softwareontwikkeling, standaardisatie en verbeteringen aan de OT-infrastructuur. Je werkt samen met een andere besturingstechnicus en het bredere team van de technische dienst. De ene dag onderzoek je een storing aan een productielijn, de andere dag test je aangepaste FBD- of STL-code of realiseer je communicatie met een frequentieregelaar of niveaumeter. Je stemt je werkzaamheden af op de actuele prioriteiten en legt wijzigingen zorgvuldig vast. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen tot allround specialist in PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-systemen. Je werkt in dagdienst en start tussen 7 en 9 uur. Functie-inhoud - Storingen aan geautomatiseerde productielijnen analyseren en oplossen, met kleine modificaties als belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. - PLC-software schrijven, wijzigen en testen in Siemens Classic en TIA Portal, voornamelijk in FBD en STL. - Siemens PLC-, WinCC SCADA- en HMI-systemen onderhouden en optimaliseren. - Elektrotechnische tekeningen lezen en wijzigingen met rood/blauw verwerken. - Kleine tot middelgrote projecten voorbereiden, testen en implementeren, inclusief communicatie met frequentieregelaars, niveaumeters en IO-Link-componenten. - Werkinstructies en handleidingen opstellen om programmeerwijzen en werkmethodes te standaardiseren. - Software, updates, licenties en hardware mede beschikbaar houden en meedenken over vervanging en meerjarenplannen voor de OT-infrastructuur. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo+- of hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek, mechatronica of automatisering. - Je hebt ervaring met Siemens PLC’s, SIMATIC S7.
