Als besturingstechnicus onderhoud en verbeter je de procesbesturing van een mouterij in Eemshaven die grondstoffen voor bierbrouwerijen wereldwijd produceert. Je werkt in een kleine, hechte serviceafdeling met onder andere TIA Portal, Step7 en WinCC en combineert programmeren met implementatie op de werkvloer. Functie-inhoud - Je ontwerpt en beheert de hardware en applicatiesoftware van de besturingssystemen. - Je vertaalt wijzigingsvoorstellen naar functionele en technische ontwerpen en realiseert de aanpassingen. - Je analyseert storingen aan elektrotechnische installaties en verzorgt oplossingen, van ontwerp tot implementatie en oplevering. - Je draagt bij aan beleid, vervanging, updates en modificaties van elektronische installaties. - Je schrijft grotere projecten uit, besteedt ze uit aan externe partijen en begeleidt de uitvoering. Functie-eisen - Je hebt ruime kennis van industriële automatisering. - Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in mechatronica, industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek, of minimaal 3 jaar met een passend mbo+/hbo-diploma. - Je kunt DCS-, PLC- en SCADA-systemen onderhouden en besturingen programmeren en updaten. - Je bedenkt zelfstandig oplossingen voor procesverstoringen en implementeert deze op de werkvloer. - Je communiceert goed en coördineert graag projecten op locatie. - Je bent bereid roulerend deel te nemen aan de consignatiedienst. Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week op detavastbasis. - Ruimte om eigen technische inzichten en verbetervoorstellen in te brengen. - Interne opleidingen en aandacht voor je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Een informele werkomgeving met een open cultuur en korte samenwerking binnen een klein serviceteam. - Af en toe de gelegenheid om verschillende bieren te proeven.
