The posting

Bij een producent in de voedingsindustrie in Enschede werk je als besturingstechnicus aan automatisering en procescontrole. Je richt je op betrouwbare besturingen die productieprocessen beheersbaar houden en helpt technische verstoringen te doorgronden. PLC-systemen vormen daarbij de basis, met Siemens TIA Portal en/of Pro-Leit als relevante kennisgebieden. Je combineert elektrotechnisch inzicht met interesse in software en denkt mee over verbeteringen aan de werking van installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je besturingsvraagstukken, beoordeel je signalen en procesgedrag en stem je aanpassingen af met collega's uit techniek en productie. Je kijkt niet alleen naar de oplossing in de software, maar ook naar het effect op de installatie en de bediening. Daarbij ontwikkel je je verder in PLC-techniek, storingsanalyse en procesautomatisering. Zowel met een passende technische opleiding als met eerdere ervaring kun je binnen deze rol je vakkennis inzetten en verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Storingen in besturingen analyseren en oorzaken in software, signalen en installatiegedrag onderzoeken - PLC-besturingen onderhouden en aanpassingen zorgvuldig testen - Procesverloop bewaken en verbeteringen voor betrouwbaarheid en beheersbaarheid voorstellen - Besturingsaanpassingen afstemmen met collega's uit techniek en productie - Technische wijzigingen en bevindingen vastleggen voor onderhoud en storingsopvolging - Bij werkzaamheden rekening houden met machineveiligheid en de eisen van voedselproductie Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Informatica, Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Interesse in en kennis van PLC-systemen, vooral Siemens TIA Portal en/of Pro-Leit - Technisch inzicht en een systematische aanpak bij het onderzoeken van storingen - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bereidheid om nauw samen te werken - Beheersing van het Nederlands en rijbewijs B - Ervaring met besturingstechniek is een pluspunt; ook start.
