The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in de bakkerijproductie in Hallum zorg je dat elektronische installaties en besturingssystemen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Je combineert onderhoud aan de productiebesturing met het doorvoeren en testen van wijzigingen. Daarbij werk je met Siemens S7 en beheer je de applicaties en back-ups van technische besturingssystemen. Je kijkt verder dan het verhelpen van een storing: met jouw technische inzicht help je de installaties structureel te verbeteren en de continuïteit van de productie te ondersteunen. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je besturingsproblemen, stel je apparatuur in bedrijf en geef je collega's aanwijzingen over bediening en onderhoud. Je werkt zelfstandig aan technische vraagstukken en stemt ingrepen af met collega's uit onderhoud en productie. Er is ruimte om verbetervoorstellen vanuit je eigen vakkennis in te brengen. Door onderhoud, applicatiebeheer en inbedrijfstelling te combineren, verdiep je je kennis van de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek, besturing en productieprocessen. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden en testen van elektronische installaties en besturingssystemen - Analyseren van besturingsstoringen en uitvoeren van gerichte verbeteringen - Doorvoeren en controleren van wijzigingen in Siemens S7-besturingen - Beheren van besturingsapplicaties en maken van back-ups - In bedrijf stellen van besturingsapparatuur - Collega's instrueren over de bediening en het onderhoud van installaties - Deelnemen aan consignatiediensten voor technische ondersteuning Functie-eisen - Een opleiding in besturingstechniek en ruime ervaring binnen dit vakgebied - Ervaring met Siemens S7 - Bekendheid met AutoCAD en Stabicad - Je werkt resultaatgericht en pakt technische problemen praktisch aan - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en stemt soepel af met collega's - Je bent flexibel en bereid consignatiediensten te draaien Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.500 en € 5.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een detavastconstructie.
