The posting

Bij een mouterij in Lieshout onderhoud en verbeter je de procesbesturing waarmee gerst wordt verwerkt tot mout voor bierbrouwerijen. Als besturingstechnicus combineer je PLC-kennis met elektrotechniek en meet- en regeltechniek. Je houdt elektronische installaties betrouwbaar, analyseert procesverstoringen en voert updates en modificaties uit. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de continuïteit van de productie en de technische staat van de installaties. Je werkt in dagdienst binnen de Technische Dienst en draait mee in de consignatiedienst. Tijdens je werk wissel je inspecties en onderhoud af met storingsanalyse en verbeterwerk. Je stemt ingrepen af met je technische collega’s en stuurt externe uitvoerders aan. Veilig werken en zorgvuldig rekening houden met anderen staan daarbij centraal. Via trainingen en opleidingen kun je je verder verdiepen in procesautomatisering en besturingstechniek. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden en verbeteren van het procesbesturingssysteem van de mouterij - Inspecteren en onderhouden van elektrotechnische installaties en PLC-besturingen - Analyseren van procesverstoringen en uitvoeren van technische oplossingen - Uitvoeren van updates en modificaties aan elektronische installaties - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden binnen de Technische Dienst en aansturen van externe uitvoerders - Veilig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden en meedraaien in de consignatiedienst Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding op niveau 4 - Praktijkervaring met PLC-systemen en besturingstechniek - Kennis van elektrotechniek en meet- en regeltechniek - Initiatief om procesverstoringen te onderzoeken en oplossingen uit te voeren - Zorgvuldige werkwijze met aandacht voor veiligheid en samenwerking - Beschikbaar voor 40 uur in dagdienst en bereid om consignatiediensten te draaien Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.326 en € 4.482 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Jaarsalaris van €39.910 tot €53.786, inclusief 8% vakantiegeld en een vaste 13e maand; omgereke.
