The posting

Bij een kleinschalige specialist in machinebesturing en industriële automatisering in Nagele werk je aan maatwerk voor verschillende klanten. Als besturingstechnicus ben je betrokken bij het hele traject: van ontwerp en paneelbouw tot installatie en ingebruikname van machines en systemen. Je combineert elektrotechniek met praktische werkzaamheden aan machines en gebruikt je kennis van Siemens S7 en/of Eplan om besturingen te realiseren die aansluiten op de toepassing van de klant. Je werkt op kantoor, in de werkplaats en bij klanten, samen met een klein vast team. Na een gerichte training ga je zelfstandig panelen samenstellen en bedraden, besturingskasten installeren en machines in bedrijf stellen. Daarbij stem je technische keuzes af met collega's en houd je oog voor de samenhang tussen besturing en mechanica. Je krijgt ruimte om je verder te verdiepen in industriële automatisering, robottechniek en vision. Incidenteel reis je naar het buitenland voor service of installatiewerk. Functie-inhoud - Panelen samenstellen en bedraden aan de hand van elektrotechnische schema's - Besturingskasten installeren en aansluiten op machines en systemen - Machines in bedrijf stellen en de werking van besturingen controleren - Bijdragen aan PLC-besturingen met Siemens S7 en/of hardware engineering met Eplan - Elektrotechnische en mechanische werkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen maatwerkprojecten - Technische oplossingen afstemmen met collega's en klanten - Incidenteel service- en installatiewerk uitvoeren in het buitenland Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica, of een mbo-opleiding met meerdere jaren relevante ervaring - Ervaring met Siemens S7-besturingssystemen en/of hardware engineering in Eplan - Affiniteit met besturingstechniek en bereidheid om mechanische werkzaamheden uit te voeren - Interesse in robottechniek en visiontechnologie en de motivatie om je hierin te ontwikkelen - Je werkt geconcentreerd, zet door en bl.
