In deze positie geef je integraal leiding aan PCSOH en waarborg je toekomstbestendige, persoonsgerichte en betaalbare ouderenzorg. Je verbindt de protestants-christelijke identiteit met professionele kwaliteit, goed werkgeverschap, gezonde bedrijfsvoering en samenwerking in de regio. Jouw profiel Voor deze eindverantwoordelijke en veranderkundige positie zoeken wij iemand met ervaring als bestuurder in de ouderenzorg. Je beschikt daardoor over actuele kennis van zorgkwaliteit, governance, financiën/bekostigingsmodellen, bedrijfsvoering, HR, vastgoed, informatievoorziening en relevante wet- en regelgeving. Als persoon ben je te typeren als strategisch en analytisch, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht en verbindend en benaderbaar. Waar kom je te werken PCSOH is een kleinschalige zorginstelling in de Haarlemmermeer. De organisatie heeft een vestiging in Hoofddorp (Horizon) en Nieuw-Vennep (Westerkim). Naast kleinschalige woonunits voor psychogeriatrische en somatische cliënten biedt de organisatie verpleeghuiszorg thuis (VPT) en heeft ze een belangrijke wijkfunctie voor ouderen. Ook biedt ze welzijnsactiviteiten, waaronder dagbegeleiding en huiskamerprojecten, en er is een voedselvoorziening vanuit een keuken die werkt met dagverse producten. PCSOH werkt nauw samen met de gemeente, eerstelijnsvoorzieningen en andere welzijns- en zorginstellingen. Zij doet dit vanuit een visie waarin het wonen en welzijn voor ouderen centraal staan en iedereen welkom is. Deze visie is gebaseerd op haar protestants-christelijke identiteit.
