De organisatie Santé Partners is een VVT-organisatie die actief is in zes bestuurlijke regio's in Midden-Nederland: Arnhem en omstreken, Bommelerwaard, Gelderse Vallei, Rivierenland, Zuidoost-Utrecht en Utrecht Lekstroom. Met ruim 3.300 medewerkers, 407 vrijwilligers en een omzet van circa 135 miljoen euro biedt Santé Partners zorg en ondersteuning aan meer dan 20.000 unieke cliënten per jaar. De organisatie werkt vanuit de drie totaalconcepten 'Thuis Verplegen en Behandelen', 'Langer Thuis' en 'Bij Ons Thuis', en vanuit het Santé Kompas: een werkwijze die cliënten stimuleert om eerst zelf de regie te nemen en pas in laatste instantie professionele ondersteuning in te schakelen. De opgave Santé Partners heeft een stevige basis opgebouwd en een heldere koers uitgezet met de strategie 'Samen sterk in de buurt 2026-2030'. Voor de nieuwe collegiaal bestuurder ligt er een veelzijdige opgave: de groeiende zorgvraag en de krappe arbeidsmarkt vragen om toegankelijke en beschikbare zorg, ook op de langere termijn. Het gehonoreerde, eigenstandige IZA-transformatieplan geeft hier concreet richting aan. Daarnaast werkt Santé Partners inmiddels drie jaar met Professionele Zeggenschap, een werkwijze waarbij directieteam en Professionele Raad vanuit gelijkwaardigheid samenwerken. Verder liggen er opgaven op het gebied van regionale samenwerking, financiële stabiliteit en een open relatie met de medezeggenschapsorganen.
