WijWijzer scholen zoekt een bestuurder die de kracht van 28 scholen weet te verbinden, ruimte geeft aan eigenheid en tegelijkertijd bouwt aan een sterke gezamenlijke koers. Iemand die strategie weet te vertalen naar de praktijk, onderwijskwaliteit centraal stelt en met daadkracht en financieel-bedrijfsmatig inzicht zorgt voor een professionele en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Je leiderschap is dienend én stevig: je staat naast en achter schoolleiders, stimuleert eigenaarschap en vertrouwen, maar je geeft ook richting, stelt kritische vragen en neemt besluiten waar dat nodig is.
