Bestuurder Scholengroep GelderVeste Gepubliceerd op 22 september 2026 Vacature: Bestuurder Scholengroep GelderVeste Bestuurder Collegiaal College van Bestuur GelderVeste zoekt naar een ervaren bestuurder met een balans tussen kennis van het onderwijs en de benodigde zakelijkheid. We zoeken een bestuurder die zich voor langere tijd wil verbinden aan de organisatie. Een bestuurder die met ervaring in het onderwijs mee wil bouwen aan de nieuwe organisatie, die per 1 januari 2027 ontstaat door de voorgenomen bestuurlijke fusie tussen GelderVeste en SKBG. Hieronder meer over zowel GelderVeste als SKBG. De bestuurder van SKBG wordt voorzitter College van Bestuur, dat betekent dat we zoeken naar een lid van het College van Bestuur om het college compleet te maken. Je vormt een collegiaal bestuur dat in hechte samenwerking en gezamenlijke besluitvorming de nieuwe organisatie ontwikkelt en leidt. Het College van Bestuur geeft leiding aan het directieteam en wordt ondersteund door het bestuursbureau en het ondersteunend personeel. De portefeuilles binnen het College van Bestuur worden in overleg verdeeld. Omdat het een collegiaal bestuur is, worden de portefeuilles zowel op het gebied van onderwijs en de scholen als op het gebied van de bedrijfsvoering evenwichtig verdeeld. De directeuren van de scholen rapporteren aan het College van Bestuur. Het College van Bestuur rapporteert aan de Raad van Toezicht. Procedure De procedure wordt begeleid door Lidewij Geertsma van Wesselo. Zij voert gesprekken met potentiële kandidaten en presenteert de meest geschikte kandidaten aan de opdrachtgever.
