De functie Als bestuursadviseur stakeholdermanagement beweeg jij je in het hart van een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen artsen, verpleegkundigen, bestuurders, regionale zorgpartners en externe organisaties. Jij weet wat er speelt, begrijpt verschillende belangen en zorgt ervoor dat partijen elkaar weten te vinden. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag adviseer je het management over een strategisch samenwerkingsvraagstuk, de andere dag begeleid je een overleg met regionale partners of zet je een stakeholderaanpak op voor een innovatieproject.
