Binnen het Woo-team ga jij aan de slag met het behandelen van diverse (complexe) Woo-verzoeken, zowel in de fase van primaire besluitvorming als in bezwaar en beroep. Samen met je collega's stuur je aan op een snelle en zorgvuldige afhandeling en werk je nauw samen met collega's uit de hele organisatie. De Woo-verzoeken zien op alle beleidsterreinen waar de gemeente zich mee bezighoudt, en vaak gaat het om dynamische dossiers die midden in de publieke belangstelling staan. Je bent niet alleen adviseur, maar ook netwerker, trendwatcher, problem solver, teamplayer en ambassadeur: je bouwt en onderhoudt netwerken binnen en buiten de directie, volgt relevante ontwikkelingen in media en rechtspraak en vertaalt die naar concrete acties. Je denkt in mogelijkheden, komt met creatieve oplossingen en helpt collega's met vragen en advies. Ook draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van je teamgenoten en vervul je met gemak een coachende rol. Jouw taken: - Het juridisch beoordelen van complexe Woo-verzoeken en het opstellen van juridische correspondentie zoals besluiten en verweerschriften. - Het opstellen van verweer- en beroepschriften en het vertegenwoordigen van het college in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures, inclusief het voeren van verweer tijdens hoorzittingen. - Het voeren van de regie over de afhandeling van Woo-verzoeken die bij de gemeente zijn ingediend. - Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team en het uitvoeren van juridisc...
