Algemene kenmerken bestuur - Heeft geen belangenconflicten met Stichting 't Mozaïek sociaal, cultureel en educatief centrum Wijchen; - Heeft kennis van, ervaring met het werkgebied van de Stichting; - Heeft affiniteit met culturele activiteiten in de lokale gemeenschap; - Is in staat om, ook qua beschikbare tijd, het beleid van de directie en de algemene gang van zaken binnen de stichting tijdig en op adequate wijze te controleren en te stimuleren en de directie in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van het beleid met advies bij te staan; - Is in staat om, ook qua beschikbare tijd, samen met de directie de gesprekspartner van de gemeente te zijn teneinde evenwicht te bereiken tussen middelen en opdrachten; - Heeft financiële kennis en affiniteit met cijfers op bestuurlijk niveau; - Is in staat om ten opzichte van de andere leden van het bestuur en de directie onafhankelijk en kritisch te opereren en om bij ontstentenis van de directie maatregelen te nemen om in de leiding van de stichting te voorzien; - Heeft de bereidheid om een introductie- en opleidings- of trainingsprogramma te volgen; - Woont in de gemeente Wijchen; - Kan werken in teamverband.
