de Mensenbieb Bestuursleden gezocht door de redactie | sep 8, 2026 Bij de Mensenbieb ontmoeten mensen elkaar die elkaar normaal misschien nooit zouden spreken. Niet in een debat. Niet online. Maar in een écht gesprek - van mens tot mens. Mensen die vaak ongezien blijven of over wie vooral wordt gepraat, krijgen hier een stem. En bezoekers ontmoeten niet een mening of stereotype, maar een mens. Om dit werk ook de komende jaren mogelijk te maken, zoekt Stichting Mensenbieb nieuwe bestuursleden. We zoeken in de eerste plaats betrokken bestuurders en is er ruimte voor een secretaris en penningmeester, maar belangrijker nog: we zoeken mensen die willen bijdragen aan een organisatie die op een praktische en menselijke manier werkt aan meer begrip in de samenleving. Dit is geen bestuurdersrol voor iemand die vooral op KPI's wil sturen of alles strak wil organiseren. Wel voor iemand die energie krijgt van verbinden, richting geven en meedenken met een bevlogen organisatie vol eigenzinnige mensen en vrijwilligers. Je helpt koers en continuïteit bewaken, ondersteunt de directeuren als sparringpartner en denkt mee over goed vrijwilligersbeleid. De tijdsinvestering is overzichtelijk: ongeveer 2 uur per maand, namelijk vier vergaderingen per jaar in Amsterdam nabij het Rijksmuseum en enkele activiteiten.
