Heb je ervaring met besturen of wil je dit leren? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou! Volgens onze statuten zit de zittingstermijn voor 2 bestuursleden erop. Het landelijk bestuur van ExpEx zoekt daarom nieuwe bestuursleden. Samen met de andere bestuursleden (totaal 5), operationeel manager, adviesgroep en alle ExpEx bedenk je waar je we voor staan en heen willen. Hiervoor nemen bestuursleden verantwoordelijkheid voor een van onze aandachtgebieden, vergaderen we regelmatig en houd je contact met elkaar. Wat vragen wij? - Gemotiveerde inzet, creativiteit en een pioniersgeest - Een positieve houding: kritisch maar opbouwend, open en met gevoel voor humor - Kennis van (de spelers in) en ervaring in de jeugdzorg - Een aanvulling op de deskundigheid of de interesses van het huidige bestuur - Ruimte voor een tijdsinvestering van gemiddeld 8 uur per maand - Ervaring met besturen is fijn, maar niet noodzakelijk. De wil om te leren is wel noodzakelijk.
