Gezocht: bestuurslid 'agrarisch' voor de Vereniging van Herenboerderijen Bouw jij mee aan de toekomst van Herenboeren? Het bestuur van de VvHB zoekt versterking! Per november 2026 zoeken we een bestuurslid 'agrarisch' : iemand met ruime ervaring of sterke affiniteit met de agrarische sector. Over de rol Als bestuurslid 'agrarisch' draag je bij aan de ondersteuning en ontwikkeling van onze professionele boeren, de ruggengraat van de Herenboerenbeweging. Inmiddels zijn ruim 45 boeren als agrarisch bedrijfsleider of parttime boer in dienst van de VvHB en gedetacheerd bij 26 Herenboerderijen verspreid over Nederland. De boeren worden centraal ondersteund door een ervaren agrarisch coördinator, eveneens in dienst bij de VvHB. Als bestuurslid 'agrarisch' ben je diens sparringpartner en werk je samen aan de grote lijnen voor de ondersteuning, ontwikkeling en positionering van onze boeren. Daarbij is er regelmatig overleg met collega's op het gebied van KAM (Kwaliteit, Arbo en Milieu) en HRM. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt ruime ervaring met landbouwkundige onderwerpen of een sterke affiniteit met de agrarische sector. - Je vindt het leuk om als sparringpartner mee te denken met de agrarisch coördinator. - Je kunt je goed verbinden met en inleven in onze professionele en bevlogen boeren, die je ontmoet tijdens landelijke Boerendagen of (incidentele) boerderijbezoeken. Over het bestuur Je wordt onderdeel van een zevenkoppig bestuur dat nauw samenwerkt aan het versterken en doorontwikkelen van de Herenboerenbeweging. Binnen het bestuur zijn verschillende portefeuilles belegd, waaronder werkgeverschap, KAM, communicatie en ICT. We vergaderen maandelijks online (circa 1,5-2 uur). Daarnaast is er incidenteel extra overleg, bijvoorbeeld ter voorbereiding op een ALV of strategische bijeenkomst.
