8 oktober 2026 Tijdens de Algemene Ledenvergadering van 3 december nemen wij afscheid van bestuurslid en secretaris Desirée Curfs. Na anderhalf jaar grote inzet voor de vereniging legt zij haar functie neer vanwege haar benoeming tot gemeentesecretaris van de gemeente Middelburg. Met haar vertrek ontstaat een vacature binnen het NVRD-bestuur. Het NVRD-bestuur streeft naar een diverse en evenwichtige samenstelling. Het is van belang dat het bestuur een goede afspiegeling vormt van de verschillende leden met stemrecht binnen de vereniging. Daarbij zijn regionale spreiding, uiteenlopende kennis- en ervaringsachtergronden, diversiteit en persoonlijke competenties van grote waarde. De uiteindelijke voordracht wordt mede bepaald door de bijdrage die een kandidaat kan leveren aan de diversiteit en complementariteit van het totale bestuur. Om tot een evenwichtige samenstelling te komen, is het NVRD-bestuur op zoek naar een nieuw bestuurslid: - Directeur van een publiek bedrijf dat maximaal 15 gemeenten vertegenwoordigt Geïnteresseerden kunnen kennisnemen van het functieprofiel waarin de taken, verantwoordelijkheden en gewenste competenties nader zijn uitgewerkt. Directeur van een publiek bedrijf Het nieuwe bestuurslid neemt een aantal bestaande bestuursportefeuilles onder zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheid. Het gaat daarbij om de volgende portefeuilles: - Communicatie - Evenementen - Vakblad GRAM - ISWA - Goed Werkgeverschap (inclusief voorzitterschap van de stuurgroep) De portefeuille Goed Werkgeverschap heeft een strategisch karakter en richt zich op de thema's veiligheid, fysieke belasting, lachgas, branden, arbeidsmarkt & sociaal werkgeverschap en het traineeship. Het bestuur vergadert vijf tot zes keer per jaar. Daarnaast wordt jaarlijks een heidag met overnachting georganiseerd. Ook wordt aanwezigheid bij beide Algemene Ledenvergaderingen en het NVRD Jaarcongres op prijs gesteld. Afhankelijk van de portefeuille kan verzocht worden ...
