NABV Bestuursleden gezocht (vrijwillig) Organisatie: NABV (Nederlandse Airsoft Sportbond) Locatie: Geldermalsen (Nationaal Airsoft Centrum) & deels op afstand Soort functie: Bestuurlijk / Toezichthoudend Over de NABV: De Nederlandse Airsoft Belangenvereniging (NABV) is met ruim 33.000 leden dé landelijke bond voor airsoft in Nederland. Als dynamische non-profit ledenorganisatie zetten wij ons in voor een veilige, verantwoorde en aantrekkelijke sport. Binnen de vereniging werken beroepskrachten en vrijwilligers gelijkwaardig samen. De vereniging kent een bestuur dat richting geeft en een ledenraad die toezicht houdt. De NABV staat voor een volgende groeifase. Het bestuur werkt aan een nieuw meerjarenbeleid en de implementatie van een passend bestuursmodel. Dit vraagt om een toekomstgericht bestuur dat verbindt, richting geeft en op hoofdlijnen stuurt. De functie: Het huidige driekoppige bestuur zoekt versterking om samen te bouwen aan de toekomst van de airsoftsport. Als bestuurslid draag je bij aan: - Het borgen van de continuïteit en het ontwikkelen van het nieuwe meerjarenbeleid. - Belangenbehartiging bij de overheid, politiek en (inter)nationale stakeholders. - Het fungeren als werkgever voor de directeur van het verenigingsbureau. Het bestuur werkt collegiaal en vergadert momenteel circa twintig keer per jaar (tweewekelijks op donderdagavond). Bestuursleden worden benoemd voor een termijn van vier jaar. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken teamplayers die sturen op hoofdlijnen, binding hebben met de airsoftsport en bekend zijn met uitdagende verenigingsdynamiek. Collectieve & individuele vereisten: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau met bestuurlijke of toezichthoudende ervaring binnen een vereniging. - Integer, maatschappelijk betrokken en communicatief sterk. - Zelfstandig in oordeelsvorming, constructief-kritisch en resultaatgericht. - Voldoende tijd en inzetbaarheid.
