NVLKNF Word jij ons nieuwe bestuurslid? De NVLKNF is op zoek naar enthousiaste bestuursleden die samen met ons willen bouwen aan de toekomst van de vereniging én ons mooie vak! Vind jij het leuk om op een andere manier met je vak bezig te zijn? Wil je meedenken over de toekomst van de KNF, collega's uit het hele land inspireren en je netwerk uitbreiden? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als bestuurslid werk je samen met een enthousiast team en heb je contact met laboranten uit heel Nederland, de verschillende commissies en andere organisaties binnen het vakgebied. Er is binnen het bestuur ruimte voor verschillende talenten en interesses. Samen kijken we welke bestuursfunctie het beste bij jou past. Wat doet het bestuur? Samen zorgen we ervoor dat de vereniging goed blijft draaien. Zo ondersteunen we de verschillende commissies, begeleiden we de organisatie van de Laborantendag en de scholingsdagen, organiseren we de welkomstbijeenkomst voor nieuwe leden, onderhouden we de kwaliteitscriteria van Kabiz en het beroepscompetentieprofiel en onderhouden we contacten met onder andere de SRBLKNF. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van ons vak. Hoeveel tijd kost het? De tijdsinvestering verschilt per functie en per periode. We overleggen regelmatig als bestuur en daarnaast pak je taken op die bij jouw functie passen. Veel ziekenhuizen bieden ruimte om een deel van de bestuurswerkzaamheden onder werktijd uit te voeren. Voor je inzet ontvang je een vrijwilligersvergoeding van € 100,- per maand. Benieuwd of het iets voor jou is? Twijfel je nog?
