Wij overleggen met de Havensteder, gemeente, huurdersalliantie De Brug en andere organisaties over wonen, leefbaarheid en betaalbaarheid. Functie: Bestuurslid Als bestuurslid help je mee om de belangen van huurders te vertegenwoordigen. Je denkt mee over plannen, bespreekt onderwerpen met Havensteder en helpt bij activiteiten van de vereniging. Taken • Meedenken en beslissen over onderwerpen die belangrijk zijn voor huurders • Overleggen met Havensteder, gemeente en Huurdersalliantie De Brug. • Bijwonen van bestuursvergaderingen • Helpen bij bijeenkomsten of informatie voor huurders • Signaleren van problemen of wensen van huurders Wie zoeken wij? • Betrokken bij wonen en de leefomgeving • Goed kunnen samenwerken • Bereid om tijd te investeren (enkele uren per maand) • Huurder van Havensteder in Capelle aan den IJssel is een pré • Bestuurlijke ervaring is niet nodig, motivatie wel Wat bieden wij? • De kans om iets te betekenen voor huurders • Samenwerken met betrokken vrijwilligers • Inzicht in hoe beleid rond wonen wordt gemaakt • Een vrijwilligersvergoeding en scholing Interesse?
