Voetbalvereniging VOP in Amersfoort-Vathorst is op zoek naar een enthousiast bestuurslid algemene zaken met aandacht voor activiteiten, evenementen en wedstrijdzaken. Bij vv VOP draait het om meer dan alleen voetbal. Onze vereniging is ook een plek waar leden, vrijwilligers, ouders en supporters samenkomen. Van gezellige verenigingsactiviteiten en feesten tot de organisatie van wedstrijden: achter al deze momenten staat een groep betrokken vrijwilligers. Als bestuurslid algemene zaken zorg jij ervoor dat deze activiteiten goed worden georganiseerd. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen het bestuur, de verschillende commissies en de mensen die zich inzetten voor onze vereniging. Wat ga je doen als bestuurslid algemene zaken? Als bestuurslid algemene zaken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van activiteiten en wedstrijdzaken binnen vv VOP. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en ondersteunt de vrijwilligers en commissies die deze werkzaamheden uitvoeren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Activiteiten en evenementen: je coördineert verenigingsactiviteiten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van de organisatie. - Jaarplanning: je zorgt voor een overzichtelijke jaarplanning van feesten en activiteiten binnen vv VOP. - Ondersteuning van commissies: je stuurt de feest- en activiteitencommissie aan en helpt bij het organiseren van evenementen. - Contactpersoon: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende organisatiecomités binnen de vereniging. - Inkoop en voorbereiding: je zorgt voor de afstemming me...
