Functieomschrijving Divosa-bestuurslid Laatste update: 07 mei 2026 Het bestuur van Divosa is verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van de vereniging, stelt de strategische koers vast, bepaalt de lobbystrategie en houdt toezicht op de bedrijfsvoering van het verenigingsbureau. Het bestuur bestaat uit betrokken leden die een leidende rol vervullen bij de verschillende activiteiten die de vereniging ontwikkelt. Bestuursleden committeren zich naast deelname aan het algemeen bestuur, aan een van de inhoudelijke commissies binnen Divosa. Ze zijn gekend en namens Divosa zichtbaar in hun regio's. Ze nemen namens Divosa deel aan diverse commissies en netwerken en worden daarbij ondersteund door medewerkers van het bureau. Diversiteit Divosa streeft naar een divers samengesteld bestuur, waarbij gelet wordt op verantwoordelijkheden binnen het sociaal domein en een verdeling over het land, grotere en kleinere gemeenten en samenwerkende gemeenten. Daarnaast spelen persoonlijke kwaliteiten en competenties een belangrijke rol. Ook streven we naar diversiteit in culturele en maatschappelijke achtergrond in de samenstelling van ons bestuur. Het algemeen bestuur vergadert zeven keer per jaar. Uit haar midden kiest ze een dagelijks bestuur, dat acht keer per jaar bij elkaar komt. Daarnaast nemen de bestuursleden deel aan het Divosa congres en wordt er jaarlijks een een- of tweedaagse bijeenkomst voor het bestuur georganiseerd. Profiel bestuurslid Onze bestuursleden functioneren op strategisch niveau; binnen de gemeente ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het sociaal domein of onderdelen daarvan en is er sprake van bestuurlijke betrokkenheid. Ook heb je een groot netwerk op regionale en/of landelijke schaal, waardoor je een verbindende rol kunt vervullen. Daarnaast: - heb je conceptuele denkkracht; - kun je richting geven aan strategische onderwerpen/thema's; - heb je goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
