Stichting Halve Marathon Zwolle zoekt een enthousiaste en gedreven versterking voor ons team Sponsoring & PR!44 Wat ga je doen? Momenteel wordt de portefeuille Sponsoring & PR door één bestuurslid getrokken, maar om onze sponsoren de aandacht te geven die ze verdienen én onze impact te vergroten, gaan we dit opsplitsen! Jij wordt binnen de commissie primair verantwoordelijk voor het netwerk van co-sponsoren . Je werkt nauw samen met het huidige bestuurslid voor Sponsoring, zodat jullie als duo de sponsoring en zichtbaarheid van het evenement naar een hoger niveau tillen. Vaardigheden Jouw taken: - Relatiebeheer co-sponsoren: Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor bestaande co-sponsoren en zorgen voor een warm contact en goede afstemming. - Acquisitie: Actief benaderen van potentieel nieuwe co-sponsoren en lokale partners die zich willen verbinden aan ons evenement. - Sponsordeals & afspraken: Maken en opvolgen van duidelijke afspraken over sponsorpakketten en tegenprestaties (bijv. zichtbaarheid op het parcours, vlaggen, kaarten). - Samenwerking met PR: Meedenken over hoe we sponsoren optimaal zichtbaar maken in onze uitingen en op de evenementendag zelf. Wie zoeken we? Jij bent: - Communicatief vaardig, enthousiast en maatschappelijk/lokaal betrokken. - Iemand met een commerciële of netwerkgerichte blik (ervaring in accountmanagement, sales of sponsoring is een pré, maar enthousiasme telt zwaarder!)). - Een teamplayer die het leuk vindt om samen met de huidige sponsor/PR-verantwoordelijke de schouders eronder te zetten. - Beschikbaar voor gemiddeld 4-6 uur per maand (met een piek in...
