Eemnes verder te ontwikkelen? Wij zoeken een Bestuurslid Jeugd! S.V. Eemnes is een gezellige en warme vereniging waar plezier, voetbal en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Iedere week staan honderden jeugdspelers met veel enthousiasme op het veld. Dat kan alleen met enthousiaste vrijwilligers. Daarom zoeken we iemand die het leuk vindt om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van onze jeugdafdeling. In deze rol ben je de verbindende schakel. Je denkt mee over de toekomst van het jeugdvoetbal, ondersteunt de vele enthousiaste vrijwilligers en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat iedere jeugdspeler met plezier kan voetballen én zich kan ontwikkelen. We zoeken geen voetbalprofessor . Wel iemand die: ⚽ affiniteit heeft met jeugdvoetbal; makkelijk contact maakt en mensen bij elkaar brengt; graag iets wil betekenen voor onze mooie vereniging; initiatief neemt en graag samen dingen voor elkaar krijgt Afgelopen jaar heeft Mark deze rol op tijdelijke basis vervult. Helaas lukt dit niet meer in combinatie met zijn werk. Gelukkig blijft hij op de achtergrond helpen om zijn kennis over te dragen. Dus je staat er niet alleen voor, want je werkt samen met een enthousiast bestuur, betrokken coördinatoren (iedere jeugdlaag heeft een coördinator), trainers, leiders die zich iedere week inzetten voor onze jeugd. Daarnaast hebben we een technisch hart die helpt in de ontwikkeling van het jeugdbeleid en adviseert op allerlei voetbal gerelateerde thema's. Het afgelopen jaar hebben we daartoe mooie stappen gezet die nu verdere op...
