KLM Reminder: VNC vacature: Bestuurslid KLM-sectie 23 oktober 2025 Leestijd: 1,5 minuut Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om bestuurslid te worden bij de KLM-sectie. Het KLM-sectiebestuur bestaat uit vliegende collega's. Je deelt dus dezelfde werkvloer, dezelfde uitdagingen en dezelfde belangen. Vanuit die ervaring denk je mee over de cao, vertaal je afspraken naar de praktijk en bied je collega's steun wanneer dat nodig is. Soms gaat het om grote lijnen, soms om een individuele situatie, maar altijd met hetzelfde doel: het werk voor KLM-cabinepersoneel verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? - Meewerken aan de totstandkoming van de KLM cabine-cao - Onderhandelen over onderwerpen die cabinepersoneel direct raken - Stevig en zichtbaar opkomen voor de belangen van al onze leden Interesse? Laat het ons uiterlijk 10 november 2025 weten. Kandidaten worden op 4 december van dit jaar in onze Ledenraad voorgedragen. Daar wordt gestemd over de invulling van deze vacature. VNC-leden uit de KLM sectie worden van harte uitgenodigd te solliciteren. Voor een goede uitvoering van deze functie is het belangrijk dat je een contractpercentage van 100% bij KLM hebt. We zoeken een VNC-lid uit de KLM-sectie die: - zich actief inzet voor collega's, zowel collectief als individueel - scherp kan analyseren en strategisch denkt - zelfstandig én in teamverband kan werken - kennis heeft van onze cao en het WRR-systeem (of bereid is zich daarin te verdiepen) - helder communiceert en goed relaties opbouwt - beschikbaar is buiten kantoortijden wanneer dat nodig is Wat bieden we? - Een afwisselende functie waarin je echt iets kunt betekenen én veel kunt leren - Directe invloed op het behartigen van de belangen van je cabinecollega's - Veel contact met leden, collega's en andere betrokkenen - Samenwerking met een ervaren, deskundig, enthousiast team - Een vergoeding voor - in overleg gefaciliteerde - kantoordagen - Termijn: 4 jaar met een gemiddelde verdeling van 80%...
