Onze opdrachtgever, een vooraanstaande organisatie op het gebied van jeugdzorg, is op zoek naar een toegewijde en ervaren Directiesecretaresse of Bestuurssecretaresse.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan taken, variërend van het beheren van complexe agenda's en correspondentie tot het ondersteunen van het managementteam en de bestuursleden. Jouw expertise in het plannen en organiseren, gecombineerd met je vermogen om overzicht te houden in dynamische situaties, maakt jou tot een onmisbare schakel in het team.

Je biedt niet alleen secretariële en administratieve ondersteuning, maar je bent ook betrokken bij beleidsvoorbereidende werkzaamheden en draagt bij aan de uitvoering van strategische doelstellingen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het waarborgen van een professionele uitstraling van de organisatie, zowel intern als extern.

HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een secretariële opleiding.

Uitgebreide ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen een complexe organisatie.

Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Vaardigheden in Microsoft Office

Een proactieve, discrete en integere werkhouding.
