Ben jij een echte organisator die energie krijgt van regelen en coördineren? Weet jij rust te bewaren in hectische situaties en zelfstandig keuzes te maken wanneer dat nodig is? Voor een bestuurder bij een van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken wij een secretaresse op bestuursniveau die proactief meedenkt en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt.Wat ga je doen? Als secretaresse voor de bestuurder ben jij de steun en toeverlaat. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het secretariaat vlekkeloos draait en de bestuurder zich volledig kan richten op de inhoud.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Complex agendabeheer; Professionele en heldere communicatie met interne collega’s en externe relaties; - Voorbereiden, organiseren en opvolgen van vergaderingen, bijeenkomsten en dossiers; - Optreden als aanspreekpunt en communiceren namens de bestuurder (telefonisch, per mail en schriftelijk); - Waar nodig ad hoc ondersteuning bieden om de bestuurder te ontzorgen.

Wat bieden wij? Naast een veelzijdige functie waarin je écht het verschil maakt, kun je rekenen op aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, o.a.:

- Een dienstverband voor 32-40 uur per week voor de periode november tot en met maart 2027 - Salaris tot ca € 4.200 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur); - 8% vakantietoeslag, 4R%R eindejaarsuitkering; - 25 vakantiedagen, 4 ADV dagen; - Auto van Top Secretaries (incl. privé rijden en tankpas).
