Dat doen we met enthousiasme, zorg, expertise en deskundigheid. Kijkend naar wat wél kan. En altijd vanuit de vraag van de cliënt of leerling. Daarmee maak je als medewerker van Visio het verschil. Het bestuursbureau is een klein collegiaal team, bestaande uit de bestuurssecretaris (tevens leidinggevende bestuursbureau), bedrijfsjurist, strategisch beleidsadviseurs, adviseur Interne Beheersing, Privacy Officer en 3 bestuurssecretaresses. Zij ondersteunen de RvB, bestaande uit 2 bestuursleden. Samen met een collega-bestuurssecretaresse vorm je het bestuurssecretariaat. Jullie ondersteunen de tweehoofdige RvB. Het bestuurssecretariaat is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders en daarmee het visitekaartje van de RvB. Je biedt ondersteuning aan de RvB door zorg te dragen voor complex agendabeheer en het verzorgen van administratieve én organisatorische taken.
