Bestuurssecretaris | 32-36 uur Warnsveld Ben jij een ervaren bestuurssecretaris met kennis van governance, strategische besluitvorming en organisatieontwikkeling? Voor GGNet zijn wij op zoek naar een stevige en verbindende bestuurssecretaris die de Raad van Bestuur adviseert en bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van de bestuurlijke organisatie. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een betekenisvolle functie op strategisch niveau binnen een maatschappelijke organisatie. - Een veelzijdige functie met ruimte voor eigen initiatief, professionele autonomie en ontwikkeling. - Vooralsnog is de functie ingeschaald in FWG 65 (min. €5.294,- en max. €6.918,- bij een fulltime dienstverband) conform CAO GGZ. De functie is opnieuw beschreven en wordt momenteel gewogen. - Een dienstverband van 32 tot 36 uur per week, met intentie tot een vast dienstverband. - Een uitdagende en dynamische werkomgeving met zichtbare maatschappelijke impact. - Samenwerking met een betrokken Raad van Bestuur, directieteam en Raad van Toezicht. - Een professionele werkomgeving waarin jouw expertise en advies direct van waarde zijn. - Een functie waarin je bijdraagt aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van governance en bestuurlijke processen. Dit is je team Als bestuurssecretaris werk je nauw samen met de Raad van Bestuur en ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de Raad van Toezicht, directie en medezeggenschapsorganen. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de juristen, de teamleider van het ondersteuningsteam CGD en de ambtelijk secretaris van de OR. Daarnaast stuur je functioneel het bestuurssecretariaat aan. Je standplaats is Warnsveld. Voor een goede samenwerking ben je bij voorkeur veel op locatie aanwezig. Afhankelijk van de werkzaamheden is gedeeltelijk thuiswerken mogelijk. Wat ga je doen?
