Ons belangrijkste doel: de individuele talenten van onze leerlingen tot hun recht laten komen. Wij geven kinderen de ruimte om te ontdekken en te onderzoeken, zodat zij in de toekomst hun eigen koers kunnen bepalen. Dit doen wij onder andere door continue kwaliteitsverbetering en een focus op het ontwikkelen van 21e eeuwse vaardigheden. Training en nascholing van onze medewerkers vinden wij essentieel voor het bieden van kwalitatief en vernieuwend onderwijs. In de Octant Academie kunnen medewerkers bijleren over verschillende onderwerpen, waaronder digitale vaardigheden, wetenschap en technologie, persoonlijk welbevinden en NLP. Functie Bestuurssecretaris Octant / Spectrum Ben jij op zoek naar een boeiende positie dicht bij het bestuur van een middelgrote onderwijsorganisatie voor het primair onderwijs? Heb je de ambitie om een verbindende rol te vervullen bij het bestuursbureau en samen te werken met de scholen van de beoogde fusieorganisatie Octant / Spectrum? Dan ben jij misschien wel degene die we zoeken als onze nieuwe bestuurssecretaris vanaf 1 januari aanstaande. Over Octant / Spectrum Schoolbesturen Octant en Spectrum SPCO gaan waarschijnlijk per 1 januari 2027 samen verder als één stichting voor christelijk primair onderwijs. Daarmee ontstaat een (krachtige)onderwijsorganisatie met 17 basisscholen, waaronder één SBO-school. De scholen zijn gevestigd in Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Lansingerland en Den Haag. Hier krijgen dan ruim 4.700 leerlingen onderwijs en zetten 500 medewerkers zich dagelijks in voor hun ontwikkeling. De fusiestichting heeft een vee...
