Voor DeKinderkliniek zoeken wij een Bestuurs-/ Ambtelijk Secretaris die een centrale rol speelt in de ondersteuning van onze directeur, het Managementteam, het dagelijks bestuur van de vakgroep kinderartsen, de Ondernemingsraad én onze Jongerenraad. Wie zijn wij? DeKinderkliniek is een uniek zelfstandig behandelcentrum voor kinderen van 0 tot 18 jaar. Ruim honderd bevlogen professionals zetten zich dagelijks in voor optimale zorg in een veilige en ontspannen omgeving. Onze kernwaarden zijn puur en persoonlijk . We geloven in korte lijnen, interdisciplinaire samenwerking en ruimte voor ontwikkeling. De functie Als Secretaris ben je de rechterhand van de directeur en een belangrijke schakel binnen de bestuurlijke en organisatorische processen van DeKinderkliniek. Je ondersteunt het managementteam, de vakgroep kinderartsen, de Raad van Commissarissen, de Ondernemingsraad en de Jongerenraad bij een zorgvuldige voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van besluitvorming.
