Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasts und die strategische Unternehmensplanung

* Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports, Analysen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management

* Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Investitions- und Produktkalkulationen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance und den Fachbereichen sowie Unterstützung bei Abschlüssen

* Controlling-seitige Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Gesellschaften

* Optimierung und Standardisierung von Controlling-, Reporting- und Planungsprozessen

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens wünschenswert

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Unternehmensplanung, Kostenrechnung und Produktkalkulation sowie sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse

* Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten als Sparringspartner für unterschiedliche Fachbereiche

Wir bieten:
