Als betonarbeider ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het produceren van betonnen prefab-elementen, zoals balken, kolommen en I-liggers.
  • De opbouw van de bekisting, waarbij kennis van licht schrijnwerk van pas komt.
  • Deelname aan een specifieke opleiding binnen het bedrijf om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Het werken in een teamomgeving, met ook de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig taken op te pakken.
  • Flexibiliteit in je werkinzet om in te springen waar nodig.

Profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Een flexibele ingesteldheid; bereidheid om verschillende taken op te pakken.
  • Technische scholing of ervaring op het gebied van bouw en productie.
  • Geen schrik om je handen vuil te maken en praktisch te werk te gaan.
  • Teamspeler die ook goed zelfstandig kan opereren.
  • Een positieve werkhouding met een focus op samenwerking en groei.
