The posting

We zoeken momenteel twee nieuwe collega's. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring kan je starten met een grotere focus op voorbereiding op of het bedienen van de coating-installatie en het coaten zelf. Op termijn leer je het volledige proces kennen zodat je polyvalent inzetbaar wordt binnen de afdeling.

Voorbereiding en afwerking van betonstukken

Dit vormt het grootste deel van je werkzaamheden.

  • Je bereidt betonstukken voor door te zandstralen, kaleien en herstellingen uit te voeren.
  • Je richt de werkplaats in en voert alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden uit, zoals afplakken en folie plaatsen.
  • Je verplaatst buizen, putten en andere producten met een heftruck.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stuurt de afwerking bij waar nodig.

Aanbrengen coating & bediening van de coating-installatie

Na een grondige opleiding leer je ook het coatingproces van A tot Z beheersen.

  • Je start de coating-machine op, volgt de parameters op en bewaakt een vlot productieproces.
  • Je brengt epoxycoating aan, zowel machinaal maar ook manueel, afhankelijk van het product en de situatie.
  • Je reinigt de installatie en zorgt voor een nette en ordelijke werkplaats.
  • Je voert afval correct af volgens de geldende procedures.

Veiligheid staat altijd voorop

  • Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften, onder andere bij het verwerken van verwarmde componenten en het dragen van de vereiste PBM's.

Na een grondige opleiding word je ingezet over het volledige proces.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een bouwgerelateerde omgeving of in de chemische sector, en voelt je thuis in een technische, temperatuurgevoelige werkomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en afwerking.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en houdt van een praktische en afwisselende, hands on functie.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, kan zelfstandig werken en denkt mee om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je hebt een sterk bewustzijn rond veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Ervaring met coatings, chemische processen, machinebediening of procesinstallaties is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck of een geldig heftruckattest is mooi meegenomen.
