* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bau (z. B. Betonbauer:in, Hochbauer:in, Schalungsbauer:in oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betonbau, idealerweise im Verkehrswegebau von Vorteil

* Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis

* Verlässliche, genaue und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, im Team sichtbar etwas zu schaffen

* Führerschein B von Vorteil

* Gemeinsames Umsetzen von Betonbauprojekten im Verkehrswegebau

* Durchführung von Schalungs-, Bewehrungs- und Betonierarbeiten

* Lesen und eigenständiges Umsetzen von Bauplänen und technischen Vorgaben

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle

* Effiziente Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Partie für reibungslose Abläufe
