The posting

Voor onze klant regio Ieper zijn we op zoek naar een Laborant Beton & Kwaliteit. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken en optimaliseren van de kwaliteit van zowel ons beton als onze prefabelementen.

Jouw taken

  • Je neemt stalen van beton en grondstoffen en voert diverse kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Je test onder meer het watergehalte, de consistentie, het luchtgehalte en de druksterkte van het beton.
  • Je controleert prefabelementen op afmetingen, afwerking en eventuele productiefouten.
  • Je verdiept je in het volledige productieproces van onze prefabelementen en vertaalt deze kennis naar duidelijke instructiefiches.
  • Je registreert, verwerkt en analyseert testresultaten en stelt kwaliteitsrapporten op.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen en ondersteunt bij het opsporen van de oorzaken en het uitwerken van oplossingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het labo en de productieomgeving.
  • Je voert proefnemingen uit in het kader van R&D, productontwikkeling en specifieke projecten.
  • Je hebt minimaal een technische opleiding (TSO).
  • Ervaring is niet nodig – motivatie en interesse vinden we belangrijker.
  • Je hebt interesse in beton, prefab en techniek.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kunt vlot werken met Office pakket.
  • Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent flexibel in werkuren (opstart tussen 6u en 8u).
