Bij Pit Beton krijg je als betonlaborant/kwaliteitscontroleur de kans om te werken aan hoogwaardige betonproducten. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen én producten, in een betrokken team dat staat voor kwaliteit en samenwerking. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je werkt in een omgeving waar jouw inzet echt telt. Dit wordt jouw baan Als betonlaborant / kwaliteitscontroleur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van onze betonproducten. Je voert proeven uit en beoordeel je of zowel het product als de betonsamenstelling voldoen aan de geldende normen en eisen. Je verzorgt de administratie van deze controles. Ook draag je bij aan het onderhoud van het laboratorium en help je mee aan het schoon en veilig houden van het terrein. Daarnaast: - Controleer je de productkwaliteit en voer je steekproeven uit; - Onderhoud en ijk je meetapparatuur en installaties; - Werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen het laboratorium en de productie; - Het registeren en rapporteren van de resultaten van deze keuringen; - Draag je bij aan lopende onderzoeken met betrekking tot verduurzaming; - Zorg je samen met de betontechnoloog voor de juiste kwaliteit van ons eindproduct; - Zorg je voor dagelijkse en periodieke controles op kwaliteit; - Ben je in staat om verbetervoorstellen vanuit kwaliteitsoogpunt.
