The posting

Voor NBC Ninoofse betoncentrale actief in stortklaar beton met vestiging in Ninove zijn wij op zoek naar betonmixer chauffeur met rijbewijs CE.

Jouw taken:

  • Levering van stortklaar beton en aanverwante producten conform de geldende instructies en voorschriften.
  • Handboek leveringsbon, handboek chauffeur, instructiefiche ‘levering van benor beton', enz.).
  • Centrale op de hoogte houden van de lading.
  • Geven van feedback aan de dispatch / doseur betreffende de consistentie van het geladen beton en eventuele vastgestelde afwijkingen t.o.v. de specificaties en/of toevoegingen vermeld op de leveringsbon.
  • Aanpassen van de consistentie van het beton conform instructies en gegevens op de leveringsbon en/of op vraag van de klant volgens de geldende instructies.
  • Correct invullen en binnenbrengen van de nodige gegevens op de leveringsbon en aanverwante documenten.
  • Oog hebben voor werfomstandigheden en risico's waaruit later kwaliteitsklachten kunnen voortvloeien, de klant hiervoor attent maken en melding maken aan de centrale middels dagrapport.
  • Oog hebben voor kansen op de werf mbt levering van mixproducten en input geven aan de verantwoordelijke om hieruit commercieel voordeel te halen.
  • Dagelijkse reiniging van de vrachtwagen en melding eventuele gebreken aan de dispatcher.
  • Toevoegen van staalvezels en/of andere manueel te doseren toevoegsels conform instructies centralist en instructies op de bon.
  • Uitvoeren van poets- en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden op centrale en vrachtwagen in opdracht van de productieverantwoordelijke.
  • Uitvoering van basis-productiecontroles op frequent geleverde mixproducten na ontvangen van desbetreffende opleiding.
  • Beoordeling van veiligheid werfsituaties en feedback geven aan centrale en collega's.
  • Correct doorgeven van begin- en einduur van de dag aan de dispatcher.
  • Controle van basisuitrusting en boorddocumenten.
  • Vakkundige besturing van de mixer.
  • Opvolgen onderhoudsintervallen van het voertuig.
  • Beschikken over: geldig rijbewijs CE.
  • Attest medische keuring en vakbekwaamheid chauffeurs. (35-punten).
  • Opleiding betonmixerchauffeur is zeker een meerwaarde (we kunnen deze opleiding ook voorzien mocht je deze nog niet gedaan hebben).
  • Opleiding VCA.
  • Ervaring als betonmixer chauffeur is een pluspunt.
