In diesem alpha nova Programm unterstützen wir Menschen mit Behinderungen beim Ausbau ihrer beruflichen Fähigkeiten und der Suche nach einem passenden Job für mehr Teilhabe an der Arbeitswelt. Denn wer einer sinnvollen Tätigkeit nachgeht, spürt den Pulsschlag des Lebens und ist zufriedener.

Für unser Team in Graz suchen wir zum Eintritt mit Jänner 2027 eine:n Mitarbeiter:in für die Bereiche Arbeitsbegleitung & berufliche Inklusion für 22,5 Wochenstunden. 1 Betreuer_in

Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung, Begleitung, Förderung und Assistenz der Teilnehmer:innen hinsichtlich ihrer beruflichen Weiterentwicklung in unserem Kooperationsbetrieb (IKEA) und im alpha nova Medienbüro

* Methodische und Reflexive Vorgehensweise in der Umfeld- und Netzwerkarbeit bei unseren Teilnehmer:innen

* Fachliche und pädagogische Anleitung der Teilnehmer:innen in den Beschäftigungsfeldern und im Rahmen von Firmenkooperationen

* Erschließen von individuellen Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Hinblick auf fachliche Fähigkeiten sowie soziale, psychische und körperliche Verfassung

* Je nach Bedarf und fachlicher Qualifizierung: Unterstützung bei der Pflege inkl. Pflegedokumentation

* Dokumentation und Berichtswesen laut alpha nova Qualitätsrichtlinie

Ihr Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. Diplom- oder Fachsozialbetreuer:in (BB, BA), Kolleg für Sozialpädagogik

* ODER Studienabschluss als Pädagog:in (mit Schwerpunkt Heil- und Sonder- oder Integrationspädagogik), (heilpädagogische-) Psycholog:in, Soziale Arbeit (BA), etc.

* ODER Handwerklicher Berufsabschluss oder Studium Kunst und Design mit Interesse an einer Qualifizierung im Sozial- und Behindertenbereich

* Interesse und Kenntnisse über Medien und Fotographie und die Programme von Adobe

* Gute EDV Kenntnisse

* Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsvermögen und hohe soziale Kompetenzen

* Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern der Wirtschaft

Die Stelle als Arbeitsbegleiter:in beinhaltet sinnstiftende Tätigkeiten in einem Unternehmen mit sozialer Verantwortung - sowohl unserer Gesellschaft, als auch unseren Mitarbeiter:innen gegenüber. Daher sind bei alpha nova regelmäßige Teamsitzungen, Supervisionen und Weiterbildung Standard.

Das Bruttogehalt nach SWÖ-KV (VWG 6) beträgt auf Vollzeitbasis (37 Wochenstunden) je nach Vordienstzeiten zwischen € 2.867,20 und € 3.294,10 plus ggf. Pflegezuschuss. Nach einer dreijährigen Unternehmenszugehörigkeit erfolgt bei entsprechender Ausbildung die Entlohnung nach VWG 7.
